Life Drawing
LIAS’s alter ego, The Liverpool Nude, offers weekly tutor led life drawing classes at the following venues:
Tuesdays 7:15pm to 9:15pm
92 Degrees, 22-24 Hardman Street, L1 9AX (book here)
Wednesdays 7pm to 9pm
Gallery 455 at Smithdown Social Arts Hub, 455 Smithdown Road, Wavertree, L15 3JL

Art Classes
Group classes which are designed to enable anyone at any level to receive support, attention and the encouragement they need to develop their artistic skills.
Our classes cover a diverse range of art mediums and techniques from painting and drawing to contemporary mixed media. Take a look to see whats coming up next!
Printmaking
Come along and meet our Victorian printing press, Kitty, named after the famous ‘Saint of the Slums’ Kitty Wilkinson on account of her washhouse origins. Our experienced and knowledgeable artist tutors run regular printmaking classes and a weekly Print Club on Sunday afternoons.
Crafting
Crafting has many benefits beyond creating tangible works of art. It helps reduce stress, improves mood and encourages relaxation. It can be a social activity bringing people together to share ideas, learn from one another and form meaningful connections. What’s not to love?
We hold a weekly ‘Crafternoon’ session on Monday afternoons, and regularly hold one off craft based workshops. Have a look to see what is coming up.
Weekly Seminar
Every Wednesday we hold a seminar either on-site or online to discuss art theory and history. They are the perfect complement to the Monday studio class but are stand alone discussions and so anyone can come along.
The seminars are free for Patreon members, or £5 in person (£5.50 online)
